As a Customer Service Employee, you are responsible for helping customers with their problems, complaints and questions. You offer support where necessary in the service provision to existing customers. You try to help the customer as best as possible and solve problems. The customer’s wishes are always central to you.
What are you going to do?
Telephone and written contact with customers of our clients
Register complaints by email and forward them to the correct department
Service-oriented outgoing telephone calls in response to new contracts
Processing changes to existing contracts
Conducting structured commercial conversations
Providing service and handling questions and any complaints
Sending any requested documents.
This is who you are
MBO + work and thinking level
Knowledge of financial and/or administrative processes
Work effectively and efficiently with Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
Available for at least 32 hours.
