As a Sales Consultant Intern, you will gain insight into the ins and outs of the sales department of Elevation Partners. The Sales Floor of Elevation Partners consists of various departments and IT business units. Within the booming tech market, you are responsible for building a valuable network of IT professionals in your assigned specialism. You will interact with IT professionals from the highest segment and work together with a Senior Sales Consultant to successfully place your candidates with leading companies in the Netherlands.

Furthermore you are responsible for:
Ensuring the 180-degree recruitment Използвайте социалните медии, за да увеличите видимостта си онлайн process: building/expanding the candidate pool, qualifying candidates by telephone, converting intake input into a convincing candidate profile, pitching candidates to Senior Sales Consultant and matching candidates by lists to clients;
Facilitating processes and managing candidates: making offers to candidates, negotiating conditions;
Report weekly on own targets;
Analyzing market developments and technological developments within your specialism.
